We are Gabija and Sven, inventors and operators of Tuna Tattoona. We opened this shop with big hopes and dreams to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone is feeling welcome and accepted. Our main focus it to offer top-notch tattoo and piercing services in a friendly environment.

We both have over 20 years of experience in tattoo and piercing industry combined, working both in the Netherlands and abroad, but are always striving to improve our knowledge and skills by attending seminars, conventions and other industry events.

We lived and worked in big cities like Melbourne, London and Amsterdam. After meeting in Amsterdam and sharing our lives there, we heard the call of rolling hills of Limburg. Tired of big city life, we decided to move our life to Maastricht and open homely shop in this cosy old town. We love this city and it’s relaxed vibe.

Tuna Tattoona is located in one of monumental buildings in Rechtstraat, we wanted to preserve old looks of the building and create cosy and homely atmosphere. We would like to welcome you here with open arms and make you feel at home.
